Allen Tel Products armored courtesy phone
It's not a payphone, it's a public phone, but it features an armored cabled handset from a payphone (notably lacking the blue grommet joining the cord to the handset). The case and keypad both appear to be rugged stainless steel. Specifically, it is a stainless steel vandal resistant telephone, model GB3063B, by Allen Tel Products. It is comparable to a GB306V. Despite their simple appearance, they are very expensive phones!
