The small house is mostly a garage, as you can see by the sliding door track. Inside on the ceiling are fluorescent lights, indicating this is not as old as it looks based on the car or the exterior finish. Inside the house are a number of refrigerators and other random crap, including a box for a portable helium tank "filled and ready to use".
