Steel and concrete in the unfinished building

The unfinished building that rose menacingly over Ocean Avenue in Asbury Park was meant to be condos. At some point, the developer just stopped building it. Attempts to get the construction going again all failed. In the late 2000s, this structure was imploded. Plans to build on this site are being discussed again.
