Palace Amusements under demolition

An excavator sits amidst rubble of what was once Palace Amusements. The building's trussed roof architecture is visible here. The streets and sidewalks nearby are cracked and the street signs likewise bent and neglected. I find it quite appropriate that the "one way" sign is pointing straight down.
