Is this not a reasonable place to park?

People say New Jersey drivers, but this just takes the cake.This guy is parked sideways on the Garden State Parkway! Actually this is not just bad driving, this is an accident that happened a few cars ahead of us. Of course, the jackasses couldn't just move their cars out of the way - they had to leave them sitting across lanes of traffic.
