Classic car at the convention center

A classic car with New York plates parked at a meter in front of the grand columns of the Paramount Theatre. Strangely, this car does not have "HX" series (Historic) license plates. The owner is rather foolish for failing to do this, as it would significantly reduce the cost to insure this car.
