AutoPatrol photo enforcement camera

Although this camera was seen on the sidewalks of Manhattan, the other camera identical to this one that I know of is seen coming southbound on US1 into the Bronx, where there is an old bridge with a 30mph speed limit where drivers routinely go 50 or faster. I had trouble finding more info about this particular brand of camera or how NYC uses them as fortunately I've never been ticketed by one.
